Delivery Policy

Hong Kong - SF Express

Customer can be chosen to be sent by SF Express in Hong Kong area. You can choose SF Service Center Self-Pickup Service / SF Locker / 7-11 Store Pickup / OK Convenience Store Pickup / Shipping Service.

If the order amount is HK$600 or above, shipping is free. (For Hong Kong & Macau only)

If the order amount is HK$600 or less, HK$50 will be charged as the shipping fee. 

All shipping method will provide tracking number.



Normally, goods will be shipped within 2 business days (Not include Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays) and are expected to arrive at the designated address within 1-2 days.
(Delivery time may vary depending on the logistics provider; remote areas may require additional business days.)



Remote areas listed below will have surcharge of HK$10 (temporarily waived): Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, and Southern Lantau Island (including but not limited to: Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo, Pui O, etc.).

The following areas are not eligible for delivery: Sha Tau Kok closed area, Tap Mun, Man Kam To, Mai Po, Lok Ma Chau closed area, Lo Wu, Po Toi Island, Tung Lung Chau, Ta Men, Kat O, and Tung Ping Chau.
