1. How can I check my order status?
After successfully completing the purchase, you will receive an ""Order Confirmation"" email with the confirmed order product information.
If you purchase products as a member of Mikio, please log in and go to ""My Account"" and click ""My Order"" to check the status of the order in ""Order Details"".
2. Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?
An order could only be cancelled before its shipment. Once the parcel is shipped, the order is irreversible and cannot be cancelled.
3. When will my order ship?
Confirmed orders usually process within 7 business working days. Once your order is ready to ship, you'll receive the notify information through email.
4. What if the item I received is damaged?
If the item you received has a significant manufacturing defect (e.g. the product is broken or missing parts), we’ll be happy to exchange it for the same non-damaged item; if the item is no longer in stock, it may be exchanged for another item of equal value or a refund may be issued.
