Pre-sale information
- Customers need to pay the deposit to order the pre-ordered item.
- The deposit paid by the customer will not be refunded under any circumstances and cannot be exchanged for other products.

Settlement
Customers must make up the payment within 21 days counting from the email of arrival notice. If customers fail to pay within the deadline, MIKIO will not retain the pre-ordered goods, and the deposit for the relevant goods will not be refunded.
Exchange Terms
- We do not accept product exchange or return unless the product itself is damaged or incomplete.
- For missing or damaged parts, please send an unboxing video to Infinymikio@gmail.com within 7 days after receiving the goods for further follow-up. Our company reserves the final right to decide whether to replace the goods.
